Faculty of Law

The undergraduate program of law at the International Black Sea University has been functioning for almost ten years: during the last four years within the Faculty of Law. Since 2015, the Master’s Degree in Comparative Commercial Law has also been in added. Both programs are geared towards training a highly competitive, highly qualified, progressive professionals in the local and international markets. The faculty is designed to ensure that students receive such professional knowledge and acquire general and special skills that will enable them to perform effectively and successfully during their careers. For this purpose, students are provided with modern material-technical infrastructure, teaching materials, means of organizing individual study process. The programs are led by highly qualified academic and administrative staff, including distinguished practitioners in the field.

Academic and Social Activities

Theoretical and practical components of the combined learning are optimally taught at the Faculty of Law. Through active collaboration with public and private agencies, students are involved in the real-world processes of law-making, day-to-day realization and juridical procedures.

Career and Employment

The learning process is predominantly based on a case-based teaching method that equips students with the skills needed to perform the real professional activities. Upon completion of the program, graduates are ready to take successful steps in their professional lives which is reflected in the high rate of employment of our graduates. Moreover, the overwhelming majority of graduates are employed at the final stages of their studies.

Exchange Programs

Students with high academic performance participate in more than 20 exchange programs worldwide. Co-funded by the International Black Sea University, we also offer students participation in vocational and student educational programs. They are actively involved in international mock court, arbitration and mediation processes abroad.
