On September 31, 2015 Rector of the International Black Sea University Prof. Dr. Ilyas Ciloglu, Dean of the Faculty of Education and Humanities Prof. Dr. Tamar Shioshvili and Coordinator of Caucasus Studies program Assoc. Prof. Giorgi Mchedlishvili met with the Head of Caucasus Studies at Malmö University (Sweden) Prof. Karina Vamling and set up perspectives for future collaboration between Caucasus Studies in Sweden and newly opened MA program in Caucasus Studies at the Faculty of Education and Humanities of the International Black Sea University.
