The new series of trainings was organized and organized by the International Black Sea University. Within the framework of the project, school administrators and teachers were trained: training of English language teachers, training of subject teachers, training of school administrators. The English language trainings aimed at raising teachers’ qualifications as a general aspect, as well as on specific issues of teaching English language, as well as improving the knowledge of subject teachers in terms of pedagogical, psychological and class management. The training of administrators, in turn, aimed to improve the knowledge of school administrative personnel (director, deputy and academic level) in pedagogic, financial, education management and legislative directions. Due to great demand, similar trainings are planned in the future.
