22.02.2017International Black Sea University and Virginia International University (VIU) signed a memorandum of understanding that paves the way for staff and student exchange, joint programs as well as joint research.
If IBSU students visit VIU on a fee-based study-abroad program, VIU will kindly spare part of the tuition fee in order to allow more staff and student visits.
