Do you want to become a successful school leader and study strategic management, with the help of which you will transform your school into an effective and successful organization?<\/span><\/p>\n

IBSU Academy offers a three-module training entitled \u201cSchool Strategic Management\u201d, which will provide you with the necessary knowledge to successfully cope with the main challenges of the teaching-learning process.<\/span><\/p>\n

The training consists of 3 modules:<\/span><\/p>\n

Module I \u2013 \u201cSchool Strategic Planning\u201d (6 hours);<\/span><\/p>\n

Module II \u2013 \u201cSchool Process Management and Evaluation\u201d (6 hours);<\/span><\/p>\n

Module III \u2013 \u201cStudent-Centered Learning Process Management\u201d (6 hours).<\/span><\/p>\n

Total duration of the training \u2013 24 hours (3 days; 6 hours per day).<\/span><\/p>\n

Cost of one module \u2013 190 \u20be.<\/span><\/p>\n

If you purchase all three modules, the cost of each is 160\u20be (total 480\u20be instead of 570 GEL)<\/span><\/p>\n

Trainer: Maia Lapiashvili, CTC and TPDC certified trainer, leadership coach, general education quality assurance expert, author of the \u201cLeadership Academy\u201d and school management training modules.<\/span><\/p>\n
