Rules of Use<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>When using library resources, readers must follow the library rules, avoid disturbing other users, and not interfere with the normal functioning of the library.<\/p>\n<p>\u25ba Switch mobile phones and other devices to silent mode before entering the reading room;<\/p>\n<p>\u25ba Do not bring food into the reading room, except bottled water;<\/p>\n<p>\u25ba Avoid making noise in the reading room;<\/p>\n<p>\u25ba For using library resources (except electronic resources), contact the library staff;<\/p>\n<p>\u25ba Use the group study area for discussions;<\/p>\n<p>\u25ba Do not leave personal belongings in the library after leaving the reading room. The library is not responsible for any lost items;<\/p>\n<p>\u25ba When returning a book, please contact the library staff. It is not allowed to return books to the shelves on your own;<\/p>\n<p>\u25ba You may use the printer and scanner with the help of a librarian for up to 3 (three) pages per day.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Book Reservation and Borrowing<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You can reserve and borrow books either in person or electronically:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong> In-person reservation<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Visit the library, and the librarian will provide detailed information on:<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Whether the book you are interested in is available;<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Whether you are eligible to borrow the book;<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 The duration for which you can borrow the book;<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 If the book is not available in the library collection, it may be obtained through the Interlibrary Loan Service.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong> Electronic book request<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>You can use the electronic reservation and request service.<\/p>\n<p>Please send your request to the following email address:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:library@ibsu.edu.ge\">library@ibsu.edu.ge<\/a><\/p>\n<p>If you do not have the exact information about the author or title, you can use the <a href=\"https:\/\/library.ibsu.edu.ge\/eg\/opac\/home?_gl=1*19tzeoy*_ga*MjAxNzk1Njg2LjE3MzgxNDQ0NTk.*_ga_P8DCFVMP32*czE3NDcxOTk3OTMkbzE4MSRnMSR0MTc0NzIwMDE4MiRqMCRsMCRoMA..\">electronic catalog<\/a> to search for the necessary literature.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><strong> Interlibrary Loan Service<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>If the requested material is not available in our library, you can use the Interlibrary Loan Service. This means that books are brought from partner libraries and made available in our library for on-site use for one week.<\/p>\n<p>Please note that rare items or single-copy materials are not eligible for this service.<\/p>\n<p>In all other cases, the requested literature will be available.<\/p>\n<p>To use the Interlibrary Loan Service, please send your request to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:library@ibsu.edu.ge\">library@ibsu.edu.ge<\/a>\u00a0and mention \u201cInterlibrary Loan Service\u201d in the subject line.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li><strong> Ask a Librarian<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>For any questions related to the library \u2013 including resource usage, extending loan periods, and accessing international academic databases \u2013 feel free to contact us via email at:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:library@ibsu.edu.ge\">library@ibsu.edu.ge<\/a><\/p>\n<p>You will receive a response after your request is processed, and if necessary, a meeting with a librarian will be arranged.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li><strong> Group Study Room Reservation<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The group study room can be used upon prior reservation.<\/p>\n<p>Two groups can reserve the room at the same time.
