The period of study does not include the time during which the person had suspended his\/her student status.<\/p>\n<p>The right of mobility and internal mobility of the master program student arises only in regard to the educational program\/direction, which corresponds to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The type of general M.A. examination test taken by the student;<\/li>\n<li>The third relevant elective subject passed in the Unified National Examinations &#8211; a compulsory subject (for students who passed the Unified National Examinations in 2020 and after).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>In what timeframe does the external mobility take place at IBSU?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>External mobility deadlines are determined by the Education Management Information System. The information will be published on the website of the Education Management Information System https:\/\/emis.ge\/ and on the website of the International Black Sea University <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ibsu.edu.ge\">www.ibsu.edu.ge<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>What is the new mobility rule approved by the order of the Minister of Education and Science?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>According to the change in the order of the Minister of Education and Science of Georgia, the third compulsory subject passed in the national exams must correspond to the subjects required for the program that the student wishes to transfer to. Similarly, the type of common master exam test should correspond to the type of test that was passed on the program transferred to.<\/p>\n<p>Therefore, when writing a mobility application, the student must submit a document confirming compliance of the subjects\/test type passed in the national exams\/master exam. The final version of the comparison act is approved by the Faculty Board. Acceptance or refusal of credits recognized by the University is confirmed in written form by the student, organized by the Academic Process Management Service.<\/p>\n<p><strong>If a person wants to have mobility at the university where he\/she studies and has failed a subject(s), will he\/she benefit from the mobility right?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Yes, it is possible. There are no restrictions on this.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Can a student transferred to IBSU benefit from internal grants?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>No, it is not possible.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What documents are required during external mobility?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>In case of external mobility:<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Students willing mobility must submit the following documents to the International Black Sea University after receiving the confirmation of mobility transfer:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Application;<\/li>\n<li>Documents regulat\u0131ng student status (eg enrollment \/ restoration \/ status suspension \/ status termination act) or their Sealed Copies;<\/li>\n<li>Transcript certified by the signature and seal of the authorized person of the University (indicating the number of credits and evaluation of the study components);<\/li>\n<li>A copy of enrollee&#8217;s identification card (ID);<\/li>\n<li>Certificate of complete general education and \/ or a copy of the document certifying the completion of the previous level of higher education;<\/li>\n<li>Two photographs (3X4), (printed and electronic version);<\/li>\n<li>For male students: Proof of military registration;<\/li>\n<li>In case of enrollment in the master&#8217;s and doctoral programs by the mobility terms and provision of a diploma obtained by the candidate after completing at least five years of the program within the period defined by the Law of Georgia on Higher Education, the candidate must also present an official document of recognition confirming the relevancy to the corresponding level of diploma.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The application and the required documentation should be sent to the following e-mail: contact@ibsu.edu.ge or by submitting to the University Chancellery. In case of electronic submission Please Indicate \u201cMobility\u201d in the subject field. A person participating in the mobility is responsible for the relevancy of the submitted documentation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What documents are required during internal mobility?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In order to exercise the right of internal mobility, the student is obliged to submit the following documents to the relevant faculty of IBSU, within the timeframe set by the University:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>application;<\/li>\n<li>When writing a mobility application, the student must submit a document proving the compliance of the subjects\/types of tests passed on national exams (if passed in 2020 and after) with the mobility transfer program. If this compliance is not confirmed, the student will not be able to participate in the mobility.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>If an applicant has a diploma issued by a foreign country, what is the procedure in this case?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In case of a diploma issued by another country, it is necessary to submit a notarized translation certified by the National Center For Educational Quality Enhancement.\u00a0<strong>Please, consider the following!<\/strong> The right to mobility for graduate\/undergraduate students arises only in the educational-program direction to which the type of general master exam test \/ the third relevant elective- compulsory subject taken at the Unified National Examinations (for students who passed the Unified National Examinations in 2020 and afterwards) corresponds.<\/p>\n<p>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What are the terms for foreign nationals for transferring to IBSU?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Different tuition fees apply to foreign nationals. Detailed information is available on the IBSU website <strong>www.iro.ibsu.edu.ge<\/strong> or contact <strong>iro@ibsu.edu.ge<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>In case of transfer from Georgian language educational program to English language educational program, what are the requirements for a mobility applicant?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>When using the right of mobility from the Georgian language educational program to the English language educational program, the student is obliged to confirm the appropriate level of English language proficiency. Relevant levels for this purpose are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In order to be enrolled in the first semester of the undergraduate program, a student must have obtained at least the number of points in the English language test for the Unified National Examinations, which is determined for the admission educational program in the relevant academic year. (50% + 1) or (60% + 1);<\/li>\n<li>A student enrolled in the second semester of the undergraduate program must attest to B1 level English proficiency;<\/li>\n<li>A student enrolled in the 3-5th semesters of an undergraduate program must attest to B2 level English proficiency.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>As for M.A. and doctoral programs, students enrolled in master&#8217;s programs must attest to B2 level English proficiency, while those enrolled in doctoral programs must attest to a B2 \/ C1 level of English proficiency due to admission terms.<\/p>\n<p>To attest to the required level, a student may: Submit an International Certificate in English or pass an IBSU-appointed English Language Test or submit a document certifying that he\/she has passed the English Learning Component at B2 \/ C1 level or submit a document certifying that he\/she has completed a previous level English language education program in the last three years and his \/ her GPA is at least 75 (out of 100) or 3 (out of 4), respectively.<\/p>\n<p><strong>When it is not required to write the language proficiency test?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In order to prove the required level, a student can: a) submit an international certificate of English; B) In order to be admitted to the undergraduate level in the first semester, a student must have obtained at least the number of points in the English language examination for the Unified National Examinations, which is determined for the respective educational program in the relevant academic year.
