    Saffet Bayraktutan<\/h4>\n

    E-mail: sbayraktutan@ibsu.edu.ge<\/a>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”3\/4″][vc_tabs][vc_tab title=”About” tab_id=”1730700380-1-33″][vc_column_text]Saffet Bayraktutan was born on February 28, 1979, in the city of Rize, Republic of T\u00fcrkiye. After completing school, moved to Batumi, Georgia, where he graduated from Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University with a degree in English Language and Literature.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Following his university education, pursued a career in education, working as a teacher and school principal in Tbilisi, Rustavi, and Batumi. During this period, completed MA and PhD studies in Educational Administration.<\/span><\/p>\n

    In November 2018, he was appointed Chancellor of the International Black Sea University, and in 2020, he assumed the position of Rector, which he held until October 2023. He is an affiliated professor at the School of Education, Humanities, and Social Sciences.<\/span><\/p>\n

    He is fluent in English, Georgian, and his native language Turkish. He is married and a father of three.<\/span><\/p>\n
