She holds a Doctorate in Humanities and has extensive teaching experience. Dr. Mesiridze specializes in Leadership in Education, Global Education, and Educational Sociology. She teaches a variety of courses at the BA, MA, and Ph.D. levels, while also supervising research projects and guiding students toward academic excellence. In addition to her role at IBSU, she is also a faculty member at the University of Georgia, Alterbridge,\u00a0 and Teaching University SEU.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Dr. Mesiridze has contributed to several international research projects and conferences, focusing on topics such as leadership theories and practice, new trends in educational policy, and the academic experiences of diverse student groups.
