According to TEMPUS MAHATMA project two students: Tinatin Khatiashvili and Teona Gudadze from the MA program in Higher Education Administration were chosen to go for a study visit to the Bath Spa University (UK). Their travelling expenses, accommodations, and daily expenses were covered by the project.\u00a0 On October 15-30, accompanied by Prof., Dr. Natela Doghonadze the students went there. In London they were met by a minibus which drove them to Bath \u2013 a beautiful resort city in the South-West of the UK. Students were both given an opportunity and \u2013 according to the project \u2013 demanded to attend at least 24 hours of studies (lectures, seminars) in their field. They were also offered personal consultations concerning the MA thesis. \u00a0The visitors received a very warm meeting at the Bath Spa University, accommodations were fantastic \u2013 they lived in apartments with all imaginable conveniences in the very center of the city, and, at the same time, in 20-minutes\u2019 drive from the university campus.\u00a0 The campus is situated in a picturesque place, it is very green, with a beautiful park; some buildings date back to the 17th<\/sup>\u00a0century, while others are very modern, all of them perfectly equipped. A library with hundreds thousands of books, on-paper and electronic was at students\u2019 disposal. Though the study schedule was very tough (some days students attended 8 hours of classes), it left enough free time to explore the city of Bath, as well as visit Stonehenge, Oxford, and London. Prof. Natela Doghonadze took traditional IBSU gifts and scientific journals and gave them to the BSU project coordinator Prof. Paul Hyland and the Dean of the School of Education Prof. Kate Reynolds. The group also received BSU souvenirs. They have established contacts with students and professors for further cooperation.
