External Mobility to IBSU
\nAll types of educational grants or internal funding of the University are available for the
\napplicants interested in mobility to IBSU. We would like to remind you that IBSU has various
\ntypes of internal grants such as funding the gold or silver medal owners, or providing internal
\ngrants with state grants, etc.

\nTo the attention for those who would like to be enrolled at International Black Sea
\nUniversity!
\n\uf0b7 Date for the payment and registration for the mobility enrollment on the electronic portal
\nof the National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement (https:\/\/students.eqe.ge) is:
\nJuly 31, 2019 till August 21 until 18:00 o\u2019clock.
\n\uf0b7 Applicants who has acquired the right of enrolment via mobility to IBSU should be
\npresented at the University from August 22, 2019 to September 6, 2019.
\nList of the required documents:
\n\uf0b7 Application
\n\uf0b7 A copy of the document(s) regulating the student status (e.g. act of
\nenrollment\/restoration\/suspension\/termination);
\n\uf0b7 Transcript (defining course credits and assessments), approved by official signature and
\nseal of university;
\n\uf0b7 A copy of ID Card;
\n\uf0b7 Unified National Exam Card\/Certificate (if the student was enrolled by Unified National
\nExams);
\n\uf0b7 State certificate of secondary education (for bachelor)
\n\uf0b7 A copy of document proving completion of prior level of education (for Masters\u2019 or
\ndoctoral studies);
\n\uf0b7 Two photos (3X4);
\n\uf0b7 For male students: a copy of military certificate.
\nThe student fills out another application stating that he\/she agrees to the result of the course
\nmapping process and that he\/she would like apply to IBSU.
\nNote: If the General School Certificate\/Diploma is issued by a foreign School\/College\/HEI, the
\nletter of recognition and the notarized translation from LELP-National Center for Education
\nQuality Enhancement is required.<\/p>\n
Student of the educational program with the instruction language – Georgian, applying for the
\nmobility to the educational program with the instruction language \u2013 English, has to prove his\/her
\nknowledge of English language.
\nRequired language level is as follows:
\nA. Students who are enrolled on Bachelor level in the 1 st semester should have passed
\nEnglish language exam in United National Examinations with minimum score that is
\ndefined for relevant educational program of the corresponding academic year.
\nB. Students who are enrolled on Bachelor level – 2nd semester, have to prove the knowledge
\nof English level on B1;
\nC. Students who are enrolled on Bachelor level \u2013 3-5th semester, have to prove the
\nknowledge of English level on B2;
\nD. Students who are enrolled on Master\u2019s level have to prove the knowledge of English level
\non B2;
\nE. Students who are enrolled on Doctoral level, have to prove the knowledge of English
\nlevel on B2\/C1 depending on the program admission requirements.
\nFor these purposes, he\/she has to submit an English language international certificate, pass
\nEnglish language exam organized by IBSU or he\/she should have covered study components on
\nEnglish language, which learning outcome is B1\/B2\/C1 relevantly.
\nStudent is entitled to enjoy the right of mobility from educational program with the instruction
\nlanguage – Georgian to the educational program with the instruction language \u2013 English, on
\ncondition that he\/she will have to cover at least half of the credits from the total amount of
\ncredits required for awarding the academic degree in compliance to legislation.
\nAt International Black Sea University, the enrollment based on mobility will not be carried out
\nstarting from the 7th study semester of Bachelor programs, the 3rd study semester of Master
\nprograms and the 4th study semester of Doctoral programs.
\nDifferent fee is defined for foreign citizens. Detailed information is given on IBSU webpage.
\nApplicants must confirm the consent\/rejection to enrollment conditions at International
\nBlack Sea University, LLC at Quality Assurance office on September 12, 2019 untill 15:00
\no\u2019clock.
\nApplicants should submit the relevant documents at Quality Assurance Office of International
\nBlack Sea University, LLC from August 22 to September 6, 2019.
