Faculty of Computer Technologies and Engineering of the International Black Sea University welcomes applicants of any nationality to pursue PhD in the fields of computational logic, declarative programming languages, formal languages, computational linguistics, data analysis, bioinformatics, machine learning, algorithms,\u00a0neural networks, adaptive methods of decision making of terminal control, computer networks, information security.<\/p>\n<p>We offer the opportunity to pursue a PhD degree under the joint guidance of local and foreign supervisors.
