Its stages are as follows:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">January 28, 2021 &#8211; \u00a0February 8, 2021, 18:00 &#8211; deadline for registration and mobility payment fees for enrollees on electronic portal of education information system\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/students.emis.ge\/\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=https:\/\/students.emis.ge\/&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1611647323433000&amp;usg=AFQjCNGLeeiKUoCosUheGuFiQOZAHemoAQ\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/students.emis.ge\/<\/a>;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">February 8, 2021-\u00a0February 11, 2021- submission of the mobility documentation to the IBSU by enrollees after confirmation of the mobility transfer process on the portal;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">February 10, 2021-\u00a0February 15, 2021- preparation of faculty decisions of the International Black Sea University regarding the enrollees and recognition of their credits;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">February 16-17, 2021\u00a0&#8211; confirmation \/ refusal\u00a0of\u00a0applications of enrollees by the mobility.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">After the confirmation of the mobility transfer process on the portal, from\u00a0February 8, 2021\u00a0to\u00a0February 11, 2021, the\u00a0enrollees\u00a0must submit the following documents to the International Black Sea University Ltd.:<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00d8\u00a0\u00a0Application (see attached file);<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00d8\u00a0\u00a0Copys of documents\u00a0regulat\u0131ng\u00a0student status (eg enrollment \/ restoration \/ status suspension \/ status termination act);<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00d8\u00a0\u00a0Transkript\u00a0certified by the signature and seal of the authorized person of the University (indicating the number of credits and evaluation of the study components);<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00d8\u00a0\u00a0A copy of enrollee&#8217;s identification card (ID);<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00d8\u00a0\u00a0Certificate of complete general education and \/ or a copy of the document certifying the completion of the previous level of higher education;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00d8\u00a0\u00a0Two photographs (3X4), (printed and electronic version);<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00d8\u00a0\u00a0For male students: Proof of military registration;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00d8\u00a0\u00a0In case of enrollment in the master&#8217;s and doctoral programs by the mobility terms and provision of a diploma obtained by the candidate after completing at least five years of the program within the period defined by the Law of Georgia on Higher Education, the candidate must also present an official document of recognition confirming the\u00a0 relevancy to the corresponding level of diploma.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Note:\u00a0<\/strong>In case of a diploma issued by\u00a0other\u00a0country, it is necessary to submit a notarized translation certified by the National Center\u00a0For Educational Quality Enhancement.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The application and the required documentation should be sent to the following e-mail:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:contact@ibsu.edu.ge\">contact@ibsu.edu.ge<\/a>\u00a0from\u00a0<strong>February 8, 2021\u00a0till\u00a0February 11, 2021<\/strong>. Please\u00a0Indicate\u00a0\u201c\u00a0Mobility\u201d\u00a0in the\u00a0<strong>subject<\/strong>\u00a0field. A\u00a0person participating in the mobility is responsible for the\u00a0relevancy\u00a0of the submitted documentation.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When using the right of mobility from the Georgian language educational program to the English language educational program, the student is obliged to confirm the\u00a0<strong>appropriate level of English language proficiency<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Relevant levels for this are:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">a)In order to be enrolled in the first semester of the undergraduate program, a student must have obtained at least the number of points in the English language testof\u00a0the Unified National Examinations, which is defined for the respective educational program in the relevant academic year. (50% + 1) or (60% + 1)<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">b)A student enrolled in the second semester of the undergraduate program must attest to B1 level English proficiency;<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">c)A student enrolled in the 3rd-5th semesters of the undergraduate program must attest to B2 level English proficiency;<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">d)A student enrolled in the master&#8217;s program must confirm B2 level of English language proficiency;<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">e)A student enrolled in a doctoral program must attest to B2 \/ C1 English language proficiency based on prerequisites for admission to the program.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In order to\u00a0attest\u00a0the required level, a student can: a) submit an international certificate of English language; B) pass the English language test\u00a0conducted\u00a0by IBSU; C) submit a document proving that he \/ she has passed the English language course\u00a0of\u00a0the same level as B2 \/ C1: d) submit a document confirming that he \/ she has completed the previous level English language education program and\u00a0the\u00a0average\u00a0grade\u00a0(GPA) within the program is at least 75 (out of 100) or 3 (out of 4).<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Different tuition fees apply to foreign nationals.
