The journal includes the following rubrics: Scientific Articles, Forum of Practicing Lawyers, Students\u2019 forum, Translations of Distinguished Scientific Works, Court Practice Analysis, Significant Legislative News, Significant Scientific Publications. The aim of the Journal is to analyze different issues and provide readers with new perspectives on topics in Legal studies.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"pq6dq46d tbxw36s4 knj5qynh kvgmc6g5 ditlmg2l oygrvhab nvdbi5me sf5mxxl7 gl3lb2sf hhz5lgdu\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/t42\/1\/16\/1f50e.png\" alt=\"\ud83d\udd0e\" width=\"16\" height=\"16\" \/><\/span>The Circle of Researchers<\/p>\n<p>The circle of persons, whose works will be published in the journal, is not limited. Works of experienced researchers, as well as beginners, are acceptable. Students\u2019 input in researches and generalizing their results will be exceptionally promoted. What\u2019s more, we are open to researches performed through the interdisciplinary methodology.<br \/>\nIBSU\u2019s students will be encouraged to get involved in the project \u2013 \u201cGeorgian Court Practice Research\u201d, results of which will be presented in the specific rubric of the journal<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"pq6dq46d tbxw36s4 knj5qynh kvgmc6g5 ditlmg2l oygrvhab nvdbi5me sf5mxxl7 gl3lb2sf hhz5lgdu\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/t42\/1\/16\/1f50e.png\" alt=\"\ud83d\udd0e\" width=\"16\" height=\"16\" \/><\/span>Periodicity, referring, format<br \/>\nThe journal will be published, at least, once a year. Taking the number of presented materials into account, we consider issuing special publications, for any specific sub-field or group of authors, especially students\u2019 forum.<br \/>\nThe materials to be published will be edited by foreign specialists. The editors\u2019 board will decide upon publishing an article. The board will be comprised of IBSU\u2019s academic staff, as well as other distinguished specialists.<br \/>\nThe publication will be bilingual: Georgian and English. Authors are required to hand the work in both languages.
