Justice Training Center hosted a working meeting on Alternative dispute resolution (ADR) methods, which was attended by Irakli Shamatava, Affiliated Professor, Dean of the IBSU School of Law and State Governance and Goga Kikilashvili, IBSU Affiliated Professor, Accredited Mediator Trainer, and Project Manager.<\/p>\n

During the meeting, participants discussed the content of the relevant training course and practical manual, as well as obstacles to the development of ADR methods and teaching challenges.<\/p>\n

The event was held within the framework of the “Project for Strengthening Legal Literacy on Alternative Dispute Resolution Methods,” which is funded by the Ministry of Justice of Georgia and aims to create a training course and practical manual on alternative dispute resolution methods.<\/p>\n

The meeting was attended by representatives of the Justice Training Center, Georgian Mediators and Bar Associations, academic field representatives, and practicing judges.<\/p>\n
