Organized by IBSU Department of Student & Alumni Development, Tinatin Rukhadze, co-founder and managing partner of ACT, a global research and management consulting company, conducted a public lecture for students and staff on ‘Transformational Leadership: ACT’s Global Experience.’ The public lecture addressed the importance of organizational and leadership transformation; additionally, the speaker reviewed the challenges and opportunities that managers encounter in this process.<\/p>\n
