The International Black Sea University offered pupils a free training course called “Organize a State.” The primary features of the state, its organizational framework, the allocation of power, and the nation’s economic system were all studied by participants in grades 10, 11, and 12. All students received certificates upon completion of the course, and International Black Sea University study vouchers were handed to grade 12 pupils.<\/p>\n
