Dean of the School of Law and Public Administration of the International Black Sea University, Professor Irakli Shamatava, has won a scholarship from the Universit\u00e0 degli Studi della Campania Luigi Vanvitelli in Italy.<\/p>\n

Within the scholarship framework, from May 19 to May 25, 2025, Professor Irakli Shamatava will hold meetings and public lectures with foreign colleagues – Professor Andrea Boroni, Professor Fabio Zambardino, and the university administration.<\/p>\n

Professor Irakli Shamatava will soon publish a legal article in an international scientific refereed journal on a comparative analysis of Italian and modern Georgian banking law. The study will also discuss blockchain technologies, cryptocurrencies – tokens and bitcoins.<\/p>\n

Within the framework of the official meeting, it is planned to sign a memorandum between the partner universities, which will allow students and academic staff to participate in exchange programs.<\/p>\n
