The training on “Psychology of Communication” was conducted for the administrative staff of the International Black Sea University.<\/p>\n

The training aimed to raise awareness about the psychological foundations of personal communication, the barriers that affect the communication process, the importance of nonverbal signals, and to encourage reflection on one\u2019s own communication style.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The training was conducted by IBSU\u2019s affiliated assistant professor of the Bachelor\u2019s Program in Psychology, Beka Dadeshkeliani, and was organized by the Human Resources Management and Development Office in collaboration with the IBSU Academy.<\/p>\n
