Affiliated Associate Professor and Head of the School of Foreign Languages, Mrs. Ekaterine Archvadze participated in the International Staff Week 2025 at Kozminski University in Warsaw, Poland.<\/p>\n

The event, organized within the framework of the Erasmus+ Mobility Program, aimed to strengthen partnerships among European universities and institutions worldwide.<\/p>\n

Forty-three representatives from thirty countries took part in meetings, workshops, and discussion sessions, and cultural activities designed to share ideas and best practices related to internationalization, student exchanges, and internships.<\/p>\n

During the week, Mrs. Archvadze, representing the International Black Sea University, introduced the structure and regulations of the institution. She also engaged in constructive dialogues with colleagues from various universities to explore opportunities for enhancing
\ncooperation, increasing student and staff mobility, and developing new international projects.<\/p>\n

Additionally, participants discussed the anticipated impact of artificial intelligence on education, as well as the benefits and challenges associated with the digital transformation of educational institutions.<\/p>\n
