After confirming the mobility process through the portal,\u00a0 students must submit the following documents to IBSU between <\/span>August 26 and September 17, 2025<\/b>:<\/span><\/p>\n Note:<\/b><\/p>\n If the diploma was issued by a foreign institution, it must be recognized by the National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement (NCEQE) and accompanied by a notarized translation.<\/span><\/p>\n Mobility at the bachelor’s or master’s level is only possible in a program corresponding to:<\/span><\/p>\n Submission and registration of documents must be done through the <\/span>Student Affairs and Registry Office<\/b>. The student is responsible for the accuracy of all submitted documents.<\/span><\/p>\n When transferring from a <\/span>Georgian-taught<\/b> to an <\/span>English-taught<\/b> program, students must confirm their English language proficiency.<\/span><\/p>\n For Bachelor’s Programs:<\/b><\/p>\n For Master\u2019s Programs:<\/b><\/p>\n Must meet the program\u2019s English language requirement.
