Organized by Associate Professor Tamar Karazanashvili at International Black Sea University, political party presentations and an election simulation were conducted for students enrolled in the English-language Bachelor\u2019s programme in International Relations as part of the course \u201cIntroduction to Political Science.\u201d<\/p>\n

Students engaged in the academic analysis and development of political party programs (manifestos). They presented ideological perspectives, policy priorities, and electoral strategies grounded in established theoretical frameworks of political science. Following the completion of the presentations, an election simulation was conducted, reflecting the key stages of a democratic electoral process.<\/p>\n

The primary objective of this activity was to enhance students\u2019 practical understanding of the role of political parties, electoral systems, and democratic processes. The interactive learning format facilitated the integration of theoretical knowledge into a practical context and contributed to the development of critical thinking, analytical reasoning, teamwork, and academic presentation skills.<\/p>\n

According to the lecturer\u2019s assessment, the activity clearly demonstrated a high level of student engagement, academic responsibility, and an increasing level of comprehension of core concepts in political science.<\/p>\n
