Students visited Zhinvalhes, where they received information about \u00a0the history of the construction of Zhinvali hydroelectric power station and how it effects ecology and climate change.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Within the expedition students visited the Traventines of Datvijvari, which are granted the status of natural monument. \u00a0The students also visited the territories\u00a0 affected by landslide in the Dariali Gorge, they met the local population in Stepantsminda and talked about their problems.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In the wake of the expedition, \u00a0the photo and text reports will be prepared, as well as the \u00a0analytical articles the best of which \u00a0will be published on the website ekofact.com.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On October 15th, Junior students of the Bachelor Program of Journalism at Black Sea International University conducted a journalistic expedition in Stepantsminda, under the supervision of Oliko Tsiskarishvili, a lecturer of the course \u2018Covering social issues\u2019.
