Online lectures with discussions with American diplomats

For the past several weeks, students from International Black Sea University (IBSU) and the Georgian Institute of Public Affairs (GIPA) have gathered at the U.S. Embassy to participate in a course on U.S. foreign policy that couples online lectures with discussions with American diplomats.

 For the session focused on U.S. policy in Europe, students met with Ambassador Ian Kelly and Political and Economic Counselor Dwight Nystrom to discuss U.S. policy in the region.
