Computer Science program students participated in Robo Battle 2025
A team of students of the IBSU Computer Science program, under the name “ZERO Knowledge Engineers,” participated in the Robo Battle 2025 robotics competition, organised by the Georgian Robotics Association (GRA).
As part of the competition, the team built a powerful robot weighing up to 5 kilograms, which participated in several battles. The event featured university students competing in the up to 15-kilogram weight category, as well as pupils competing in the up to 1.5-kilogram category.
According to Mariam Razmadze, Dean of the School of Computer Science and Architecture, student involvement in such events and competitions is highly valuable. “These types of activities promote robotics, programming, and technological fields in general, while also helping students develop their professional skills in a hands-on environment.”
IBSU expresses its sincere gratitude to the event’s sponsors – TBC Bank and ACDC, a leading engineering services company – for their support and encouragement.
The School of Computer Science and Architecture remains committed to participating in similar activities and supporting student initiatives in the future.
