Bishop Rusudan Gotsiridzе’s lecture on ‘Leadership Dynamics and Gender Inequality’

Organized by the IBSU Equality Club, Bishop Rusudan Gotsiridzе delivered a lecture on “Leadership Dynamics and Gender Inequality: Influence and Challenges”.

During the interactive meeting, they discussed recommendations and ways to promote gender equality in leadership positions; the role of women in the development of Georgian parliamentarism, science, and culture; and societal stereotypes and their impact on women’s leadership.
