Dean of the School of Law and Public Administration wins Luigi Vanvitelli Campania University Scholarship

Dean of the School of Law and Public Administration of the International Black Sea University, Professor Irakli Shamatava, has won a scholarship from the Università degli Studi della Campania Luigi Vanvitelli in Italy.

Within the scholarship framework, from May 19 to May 25, 2025, Professor Irakli Shamatava will hold meetings and public lectures with foreign colleagues – Professor Andrea Boroni, Professor Fabio Zambardino, and the university administration.

Professor Irakli Shamatava will soon publish a legal article in an international scientific refereed journal on a comparative analysis of Italian and modern Georgian banking law. The study will also discuss blockchain technologies, cryptocurrencies – tokens and bitcoins.

Within the framework of the official meeting, it is planned to sign a memorandum between the partner universities, which will allow students and academic staff to participate in exchange programs.
