IBSU’s stance regarding ongoing developments

International Black Sea University shares its stance regarding the ongoing developments.

Georgia’s European integration is the sole non-alternative choice. International Black Sea University was and remains committed to European principles.

Signing the Rectors’ Conference statement did not indicate a political viewpoint, but rather intended to maintain continuity of the educational process. The educational institution cannot be a participant in political processes.

We recognize the significance of the current situation in the nation in which part of our students, lecturers, and administration are partaking. We appreciate each of their opinions. The university has always safeguarded and will do so the freedom of speech and expression.

Based on the present situation and taking into account each student’s interests, the university will continue the educational process while also assisting students participating in the current developments in recovering the missing components.
