#MyUniversity: Nikoloz Kvelidze | Double-Degree Master’s Program in Management and Informatics

Meet Nikoloz Kvelidze – a graduate of the International Black Sea University and currently a student of the IBSU-Zwickau University of Applied Sciences double-degree master’s program in Management and Informatics, featured in the #MyUniversity series.

“I have been studying at Zwickau University of Applied Sciences for one month now, in the double degree Master’s Program in Management and Information Technology. Studying in a foreign country was a significant step for me, but at the same time, it has been full of new challenges.

The program is structured in two areas – Management and Information Technology, which allows me to develop both technical and business skills simultaneously. The lectures are interactive, and we often have group projects and discussions, which help apply knowledge in practice. Within the program, we also focus on teamwork, team management, and strategic decision-making processes, which are particularly important for my professional development.

Student life at the university is very diverse. Weekly, various activities are organized – professional meetings, sports events, parties, and themed evenings, which not only enhance motivation for studying but also allow me to meet international students, learn about their cultures, and explore their interests.

The experience I have gained in this short period has been extremely positive and valuable. The new environment, friends, acquiring knowledge, and active student life, all of these provide me with an important opportunity for both professional and personal development”.
