IBSU signed memorandum with Université de Bretagne-Occidentale

The American Studies English-taught BA program and the U.S. Foreign Affairs MA program of the International Black Sea University will start the exchange of BA and MA students from 2024/2025 with the Université de Bretagne-Occidentale (UBO) in France as a result of the signed specific agreement on student exchange between International Black Sea University and Université de Bretagne-Occidentale (UBO). The language of instruction in the UBO is English. The exchange procedures will start soon.
