Public lecture on current issues of banking law

Organized by the School of Law and Public Administration of the International Black Sea University, Luigi Vanvitelli Campaign University 🇮🇹 and affiliated professor of the International Black Sea University Andrea Boroni, professor Jeremy Chauvin and affiliated professor of the International Black Sea University Goga Kikilashvili held a public lecture on current issues of banking law.

The Dean of the School of Law and Public Administration, affiliated professor Irakli Shamatava, addressed the students and the audience, who thanked the audience for the public lecture, after which, in the context of national legislation, he made a short report from his dissertation on the general trends in the development of the banking sector.
The public lecture also discussed a comparative legal analysis of foreign legislation and the specifics of banking disputes arising from contracts.

The event was attended by Vice-Rector for Research, Tea Kbiltsetskhlashvili, Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs, Salome Kuchukhidze, Head of the Research Support and Project Management Service, Nikoloz Parsadanishvili, Constitutional Court Judge Irine Imerlishvili, Supreme Court Judge Ekaterine Gasitashvili, university administration staff, and students of the School of Law and Public Administration.
