The training on “Psychology of Communication” was conducted for the administrative staff of the International Black Sea University.

The training aimed to raise awareness about the psychological foundations of personal communication, the barriers that affect the communication process, the importance of nonverbal signals, and to encourage reflection on one’s own communication style.

The training was conducted by IBSU’s affiliated assistant professor of the Bachelor’s Program in Psychology, Beka Dadeshkeliani, and was organized by the Human Resources Management and Development Office in collaboration with the IBSU Academy.
