At the International Black Sea University, informational meetings were held for first-year students.
Students from the Schools of Law and Public Administration, Computer Science and Architecture, Education, Humanities and Social Sciences, Business, and Medicine received detailed information about their programs, became acquainted with the academic environment, and learned about the opportunities awaiting them at the International Black Sea University.
The informational meeting with the first-year students of the School of Medicine was also attended by the new Rector of the International Black Sea University (IBSU), Gia Kavtelishvili, who congratulated the students on starting their studies and emphasized that the change of IBSU ownership is aimed at strengthening and developing the brand’s sustainability.
“IBSU, which is the first private university in Georgia and has 30 years of experience, continues its uninterrupted operation, provides quality education, and remains focused on its students. The university’s core values and high academic standards will be maintained. The implementation of technological innovations and the creation of a modern learning environment will continue, while research and innovation opportunities will be strengthened both for IBSU students and for academic staff,” stated the Rector.
According to him, this new stage will make IBSU even stronger and more innovative.
This year, IBSU admitted 681 first-year students through the Unified National Exams.
