Marius Mashkevic

The International Black Sea University, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Poland, Marius Mashkevich, held a ceremony to award the title of Honorary Doctor of Ibsu.

In his welcome speech, Mr. Ambassador touched on the latest history of Poland, talking about Soviet heritage and the political, economic and cultural relations between Poland and Georgia.
