IBSU Academy offers strategic school management training

Do you want to become a successful school leader and study strategic management, with the help of which you will transform your school into an effective and successful organization?

IBSU Academy offers a three-module training entitled “School Strategic Management”, which will provide you with the necessary knowledge to successfully cope with the main challenges of the teaching-learning process.

The training consists of 3 modules:

Module I – “School Strategic Planning” (6 hours);

Module II – “School Process Management and Evaluation” (6 hours);

Module III – “Student-Centered Learning Process Management” (6 hours).

Total duration of the training – 24 hours (3 days; 6 hours per day).

Cost of one module – 190 ₾.

If you purchase all three modules, the cost of each is 160₾ (total 480₾ instead of 570 GEL)

Trainer: Maia Lapiashvili, CTC and TPDC certified trainer, leadership coach, general education quality assurance expert, author of the “Leadership Academy” and school management training modules.
