The project is led by David Bragvadze, a lecturer at the International Black Sea University, who possesses extensive experience in conflict management and shares his expertise with participants.

Within the framework of the training, participants will explore:

• established principles and methods of problem-solving;
• negotiation strategies employed by diplomats;
• etiquette and related topics;

The sessions will be supplemented with real-world examples and case studies to enhance practical understanding.The project also includes a thematic film screening, followed by a structured discussion. During the discussion panel, participants will have the opportunity to pose questions of interest and receive in-depth responses from a qualified expert.
