IBSU hosted private law symposium

On June 4, 2022, the International Black Sea University  hosted a private law symposium organized by Georgian Lawyers for Independent Profession and the Center for the Development of the Legal Profession.

At the meeting, important civil law problems were discussed, including the challenge of distributing the burden of proof in tort cases and the civil legal features of medical torts.
Invited trainers Tbilisi City Court Judge Ketevan Mamatsashvili and Tbilisi Appeal Court Judge Shorena Tsikaridze presided over the gathering.

The International Black Sea University organized the meeting as part of a Memorandum of Understanding with the organization “Georgian Lawyers for Independent Profession.”
