Keti Chakhava is the PhD student of the Faculty of Social Sciences, IR program, IBSU. She got confirmation from the North Atlantic Treaty Organization Multimedia Library. By the support and contribution of IBSU Keti conducts the PhD research and gets familiar with appropriate literature in the NATO Multimedia Library, in the headquarter of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization, in Brussels, Belgium
