IBSU and PSDA signed Memorandum of Cooperation
International Black Sea University (IBSU) and the Public Service Development Agency (PSDA) of the Ministry of Justice signed a Memorandum of Cooperation (MoC).
The memorandum envisages joint educational projects to enhance field competencies and practical skills among university students through agency operations.
