IBSU wins CIF competition

International Black Sea University, in partnership with Tbilisi State University and Akaki Tsereteli State University, won the first competition of the Competitive Innovation Fund (CIF).

Georgian Education Minister Giorgi Amilakhvari presented certificates to the rectors of the winning universities.

The CIF seeks to enhance specific areas of higher education institutions, modernize academic programs and learning environments, as well as strengthen links with the labor market.

The project is jointly implemented by the Education Ministry and the World Bank.
