IBSU signed Study Abroad and Exchange Agreement with University of North Dakota

International Black Sea University (IBSU) has signed a Study Abroad and Exchange Agreement with the University of North Dakota (UND), creating a framework for academic collaboration and student exchange programs.

Founded in 1883 and located in Grand Forks, the UND is the oldest and largest public research university in North Dakota, offering a diverse range of programs, including engineering, law, medicine, and business.
