IBSU and Helio AI signed a Memorandum of Cooperation

International Black Sea University and the startup Helio AI signed a Memorandum of Cooperation.

Helio AI is the first digital AI-powered recruitment platform, combining an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), AI adapted to local languages, and a gamified personality test. Helio has already raised nearly 1,000,000 GEL in investment.

This collaboration will support strengthening the ecosystem necessary for innovation, entrepreneurship, and technological development within the university.

The cooperation includes:

• Strengthening the university’s innovative and entrepreneurial ecosystem
• Deepening practical knowledge through participation in real-world programs
• Organizing training and masterclasses
• Collaboration in research and technological development

Within the framework of the MoC, the IBSU hosted a startup panel discussion – “Startup Future: From Zero to Hero”.
