IBSU Students Won 25,000 GEL in GITA’s Grant Competition “Innovation Grants for Regions.”
Students of the School of Computer Science and Architecture at IBSU – Nodari Menteshashvili, Giorgi Matiashvili, and Aleksandre Kituashvili – won the grant competition organized by the Georgia’s Innovation and Technology Agency (GITA) with their innovative startup and secured 25,000 GEL in funding.
Their startup, “Memamule,” is an AI-powered agronomist designed to make agronomic knowledge and technologies accessible to small and medium-sized farmers.
“Memamule” helps farmers improve soil health quickly, affordably, and efficiently, enabling them to fully realize the potential of their land and achieve maximum yield and income.
Nodari Menteshashvili:
“Winning the grant was not entirely unexpected, but it was still an emotional experience. This victory once again highlights the success and potential of our idea and project. I would like to thank everyone for their support, which has further strengthened my motivation.”
Giorgi Matiashvili:
