An interactive lecture titled “Ambition, Anxiety, and a Career Without Burnout” was held at IBSU.
An interactive public lecture was held at the International Black Sea University, aimed at strengthening students’ knowledge and practical skills essential at the early stages of career development. Within the framework of the meeting, participants explored how to take the first steps toward a career with confidence, transform ambition into motivation, manage stress and anxiety, and build a successful career without burnout.
The lecture was delivered by psychologist and IBSU-affiliated Assistant Professor, Beka Dadeshkeliani, who introduced participants to the psychosocial aspects of human development, inner processes, and practical approaches to building career resilience. The session focused on key topics such as the concept of self, role conflicts, perceptual patterns, and the importance of mindset in both everyday tasks and professional development.
