The Foreign Language Center operates as an independent structural unit, and its main objective is to provide foreign language instruction in all relevant educational programs of the university.

The center provides students with knowledge of foreign languages in accordance with modern standards by continuously updating curricula and teaching methods.

The center is dedicated to the professional development of foreign language lecturers and the creation of appropriate teaching materials, as well as establishing a robust material-technical base to support its functioning.

The Foreign Language Center at the International Black Sea University offers instruction in the following languages:

To ensure the continuous improvement of the quality of the learning process, in the 2023-2024 academic years, the Foreign Languages Center introduced a new method of knowledge assessment using unified (standardized) examination tests. This innovation created equal opportunities at all stages of teaching, learning, and knowledge evaluation.

For the 2024-2025 academic year, the establishment of a Student Language Club and a Student Debate Club is planned. Their activities will contribute to the deepening of intercultural relations between Georgian and international students.
