Ministry of Internal Affairs Academy and International Black Sea University concluded a partnership memorandum.

The aim of the agreement is to collaborate on the tasks they have in common interest – holding educational projects through consolidating intellectual and material resources. Parties plan to organise conferences, seminars, work meetings, implementing educational and research projects, preparing and publishing joint textbooks and other kinds of publications. Parties have agreed to support staff’s professional training and upgrading their qualification.

The memorandum was signed by prof. Dr. Ilias Chiloglu on behalf of International Black Sea University and Givi Mikanadze on behalf of Ministry of Internal Affairs Academy
