Mr. Irakli Kobakhidze, the former Speaker of the Parliament of Georgia, presented a copyright book- “Constitutional Law” to the International Black Sea University, law freshmen students, professors and the University Library.
On October 2, 2019, Ms. Ekaterine Bakaradze, Dean of the Faculty of Law, and Mr. Vakhtang Zhvania, Lecturer of Constitutional Law, presented these books to the freshmen students of the Faculty of Law and introduced them to the general essence of Constitutional Law.
