On the 10th of November 2017, Legal Clinic at Law Faculty of International Black Sea University held an event on the following topic “Role and Tasks of Investment Law”. The lecture was delivered by Amiran Makaradze – MA of Investment and Commercial Law.
The public lecture aimed to raise students’ awareness about this particular field of law. The guest talked about the threats, which are indivisible part of financial investments, the legal remedies, which help to reduce these risks and also about its links to other fields of law. At the end of the lecture students had an opportunity to ask questions to the guest, which allowed them to understand the topic more deeply.
