The International Relations Department of the International Black Sea University had the honor of hosting a delegation from Ostbayerische Technische Hochschule (OTH) Amberg-Weiden, Germany: Prof. Dr. Tatyana Ivanovska, Prof. Dr. Michael Wiehl, and Dr. Annabelle Wolff.
