Afil. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Givi Amaglobeli defended his doctoral dissertation in philosophy in 2023; since 2024 he has been holding the position of affiliated Assoc. Professor at the International Black Sea University.

In 2004 he graduated from Istanbul University (Turkey) with a degree in International Relations.

He has completed a full Turkish language course (TÖMER) in the Republic of Turkey.

He is engaged in translation activities in Turkish, English and Georgian.

He has published 23 scientific articles in both – locally internationally refereed and indexed scientific journals.

In 2023 he participated and presented a report at the international scientific conference held in Athens, Greece, which is indexed in the Scopus database.

Research area: discourse analysis, political philosophy, social psychology, linguistics.
